Detailed program

Day 01: Hue imperial city - Hue royal tombs (L)

Start our morning by visiting Minh Mang mausoleum - Hue's best landscaped royal tomb complex consisting of 40 constructions (palaces, temples, pavilions and lake), and Tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh, which features a unique combination of European and Oriental architectural styles. Back to the city centre to visit Hue Imperial City - the last royal city of Vietnam with three ramparts and a large number of buildings inlcuding: Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, The Mieu Temple and Forbidden Purple City (Tu Cam Thanh). The last destination to complete your Hue architectural discovery is Tu Duc royal tomb, which is nestled on a luxuriant pine hill. Back to the old town and wander around its brick narrow street to explore city life at dusk. Drop off at hotel


Day 02: Boat trip on Perfume River- Thuy Bieu Eco Village (L)

Start a new day with a leisure boat trip along the poetic Perfume River. Stop enroute to visit the iconic Thien Mu pagoda (Heavenly Lady pagoda)- the symbol of Hue city. Cruise toward Thuy Bieu Eco- village, an ancient laid back village situated on the bank of Perfume River known for its green tea fruit orchards.

Lunch in a local house in Thuy Bieu village. The afternoon spent for biking through the peacful village, visiting several communal houses, ancient temples and especially the garden house - a typical and unique feature of Hue countryside. After a day of walking, your foot will be refreshed by soaking in the medicinal herb water with excellent blind massage. Transfer back to the hotel. End of services
